Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Time entries to FreshBooks invoices add-on (“the Add-on”, “we”, “us”) provided by ProDevSquad. By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

The Add-on connects your Clockify workspace to your FreshBooks account to let you generate and import invoices from tracked time and Clockify invoices. All invoices are created as drafts in FreshBooks; the Add-on does not send invoices to your customers.

2. Accounts and authorization

To use the Add-on you must have valid Clockify and FreshBooks accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the security of those accounts and for the permissions you grant when connecting them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Add-on only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms of service of Clockify and FreshBooks. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Add-on or its underlying systems.

4. Data

Your use of the Add-on is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we process and how. You retain ownership of your data.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Add-on available and working, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProDevSquad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Add-on. You are responsible for reviewing all invoices created or imported through the Add-on before they are finalized or sent to your customers.

7. Third-party services

The Add-on relies on Clockify and FreshBooks. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or issues in those services that affect the Add-on.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Add-on at any time. You may stop using the Add-on by uninstalling it. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
